Observe students when using keyboards. Ask each student to demonstrate and explain proper hand and body position when keyboarding. Continue to observe students over time to determine if students can maintain proper positioning. Demonstrate proper and improper hand and body positions, and ask students to categorize them as "correct" or "not correct" positions. Ask students to justify their choice.
Examples of correct ergonomic positions or techniques are listed below. Use these examples as a basis for creating "not correct" positions.
