Given a specific task, students select and use the appropriate devices, applications, and programs to create an original artifact. Students are able to explain why they selected the device and application and demonstrate the use of an application's or program's functions essential for creating, saving, and sharing the digital artifact.
Use a checklist to monitor the student's ability to select the appropriate application or program, explain their rationale for tool selection, use the tool's functions, create and save an original digital artifact, and share the artifact online, as appropriate.
