Another task teacher-coordinators need to accomplish in early spring is securing approved training stations.

In most cases, career preparation and practicum students are required to apply for and secure their own jobs. This allows students to learn and use job seeking skills in a real world experience. However, TEA recommends that teacher-coordinators investigate and identify suitable training stations in advance.
